The adventures in Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) continue in a new area, and players can start the next story quest. The addition of extra content is planned with the release of ZZZ 2.2, and the official stream reveals all the details on this version.

InZenless Zone Zero 2.1, we could enjoy a nice summer vacation. That version introduced two areas: Sailume Bay and Fantasy Resort.
Sure, players had more fun than just beach relaxation, which surely includes some troubles for their game characters. The ZZZ 2.2 story quest starts from that point — it’s whirling around the battle between Obol Squad and the Exaltists.
Obol Squad starts an operation on the Waifei Peninsula. The warriors of justice need to exterminate the remnants of the Exaltists. At the same time, there something deeper in this mission, so ZZZ players can uncover a hidden truth. The mastermind behind the troubles should be uncovered!

New Agents in ZZZ 2.2
Two new characters join Zenless Zone Zero with the update 2.2. We know them thanks to drip marketing.
Seed
She is an S-Rank Electric Attack Agent. Seed comes with a mecha, Seed Sr., which is pretty helpful during ZZZ battles.
Seed joins Zenless Zone Zero 2.2 with Phase 1 on Sept. 4. Her banner comes alongside the re-run AgentTrigger.
Seed is a weapon specialist in Obol Squad. The girl prefers to be alone in her special base and has some difficulties socializing.
A while ago, the mechanical creature Seed Sr. found her in Hollow Zero and became a guardian for the little one. Now, Seed Sr. “fell asleep”, so Orphie & Magus want to help Seed uncover the mysteries of her past. The background of Seed is told in the Agent Story “Flora of the Blooming Valley.”

Magus is the captain of the Obol Squad. Orphie and Seed also belong to this organization.

Orphie & Magus is a super effective damaging support. You can keep her in reserve and let accumulate special energy. When it’s ready, summon Orphie & Magus for massive laser attacks!
ZZZ & Razer collaboration
Two weeks before the Version 2.2 stream, the official social account of Zenless Zone Zero teased an upcoming collaboration with Razer. Considering the nature of this gaming brand, we sure expected some Razer mice and keyboards with the ZZZ style. And it turned out to be the right prediction!
On Aug. 22, Razer opens pre-orders for a few products related to Zenless Zone Zero.
