Ever heard of the Fortnite skin, Leelah?
One of Fortnite’s most popular skins has just hit the Item Shop again, and fans are flocking to the online store to acquire the character outfit. Leelah, the popular Fortnite: Battle Royale skin, has become a top-used contender within the list of thousands of skins in the game.
So who is Leelah? And why is she such a popular skin in Fortnite?
A history of Leelah, the Fortnite skin
Leelah, the rare Fortnite outfit, was first released within the Battle Royale back in March of 2022. The skin was released during the days of Chapter 3, making her only two years old.
The skin has three different variations:
The skin’s outfit is a mixture of a summer skirt and a winter coat, with her hair up in two buns, partially covered by a golf visor.
She can also be acquired in the Best Friends bundle, which includes various skins and cosmetics.

Being able to get the skin in Fortnite is something anyone can do… if you have V-Bucks. Unfortunately, there is no way to acquire the skin for free. There was never a tournament that allowed players to get the outfit just by placing.
Still, though, if you have V-Bucks, the Leelah outfit is easily acquirable in Fortnite.
