Who is Raiden from Metal Gear? And how does someone get him in Fortnite?
Back in January of 2024, Fortnite did a collaboration with the popular Metal Gear franchise, bringing Raiden (a Metal Gear character) to Fortnite. The popular skin has two variations for players to play as and has only been seen in the Item Shop eight times.

Acquiring the Metal Gear Raiden skin in Fortnite is not too hard, but you must watch out for it in the Item Shop. Luckily, at the time of writing this, the popular skin is in the shop (July 16, 2025).
Raiden is aGaming Legends Seriesoutfit, meaning it is quite rare and costs a bit more than other skins.

The skin’s two variations consist of a version with the character wearing a mask and a version without the mask. There is also theSneakingbundle that Raiden is a part of, which includes various cosmetics, including aSnakeskin.
