How to free the prisoner in Path of Exile 2
To unlock the Trail of Corruption quest in the first place, visit the Hunting Grounds via the Cemetery of the Eternals, Once that’s done, head into Ogham Village. From there, make your way to the Courtyard of Death. Here, you must defeat The Executioner.
Afterward, go up the nearby stairs and pull the lever. Doing this frees the prisoner named Leitis. After you finish chatting with Leitis, she teleports away. You must then head to the Clearfell Encampment and meet her there. When you make it to this location, talk to Leitis again. This completes the Trail of Corruption quest.
