There are over 100 Prestige icons available to choose from in Black Ops 6, but they’re only available once you complete a grind.
The return of classic Prestige is one of the best aspects of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. It brings an entirely new and exciting grind to the game and something to always progress toward. One of the things to grind for when choosing to Prestige is the ability to earn new icons next to your in-game name.
These icons change every time you Prestige, showcasing just how much time you’ve put it into Black Ops 6. However, in addition to the 10 base icons available for prestiging, there are also over 100 classic Prestige icons you can use. These icons are viewable in the Prestige menu and every single icon from the Call of Duty series is present.
The question is, how can you use these Prestige icons and change your current one in Black Ops 6?
Changing the Prestige icon in Black Ops 6
While it’s true it is possible to change yourPrestigeicon to something else, this feature doesn’t become available until you reach Prestige Master level 100. Before you hit Prestige Master, which happens once you’ve made it through all 10 Prestiges, you can’t change your icon from the current one you’re on.
After hitting Prestige Master level 100, you’re able to change your icon to any of the icons that correlate to your current level. For example, hitting level 100 gives you access to every Prestige 1 icon in Call of Duty history. This includes icons from Zombies and Blackout as well as any Infinity Ward/Sledgehammer Games title. Then, when you hit level 200, you have access to all Prestige 2 icons, and so on and so forth all the way up to level 1,000.
At level 1,000, you’ll have access toall Prestige icons, including ones beyond Prestige 10 from previous games. As an example, the original Black Ops had 15 Prestige icons, so the last five all become usable after reaching level 1,000.

And that’s all there is to it. Changing the icon isn’t the difficult part, as grinding past level 100 after hitting Prestige Master will take hours and hours of grinding.
