The upcoming Honor of Kings Plus update includes a new avatar, Flowborn, battlefield changes, an Honor Pass overhaul, and more.
Honor of Kings is looking to rebrand and adds a massive update in the game. Soon to be called, Honor of Kings (HoK) Plus, the update arrives on July 29, 2025 and will feature multiple quality of life changes based on community feedback and generous events.
Another notable additional in the update is the revamp of the Honor Pass. This includes a new feature where players can customize their own avatar named Flowborn. It’s more than just an avatar as it’s also playable featuring an adaptive combat system that will slowly rollout in time.

All you need to know about the HoK Plus update
Be your own hero with Flowborn
The Honor of Kings Plus update will add a new hero called Flowborn. This hero is your avatar and you can customize them however you want. It’s a unique concept that transcends traditional MOBA hero design:
As mentioned, you can adapt HoK’s Flowborn based on your preferred playstyle. However, the different roles will roll out in the coming days. The first one is the Marksman role for Flowborn in Honor of Kings Plus, set to arrive on June 24. This is followed by Tank and Mage with a release window of July 2025.

Real-time voice translation
Honor of Kings Plus breaks barriers with the real-time voice-to-text translation support for English, Chinese, Indonesian, and Malay. It’s a good time to make friends with players from other cultures and language.
