Tingyun Fugue - Skills and Kit
Tingyun Fugueis a 5-star Nihility Fire unit. She inflicts debuffs on enemies, but she has traces of her 4-star Harmony version as she can also buff allies. She is the second 5-star Nihility Fire unitafter Jiaoqiu.

Deal Fire DMG to one enemy and adjacent targets.
Skill - Virtue Beckons Bliss
Buff an ally’s Break Effect and grant them “Foxian Prayer” for 3 turns. Fugue enters the “Torrid Scorch” state for the same duration.
Ultimate - Solar Splendor Shines Upon All
Deal Fire DMG to all enemies, ignore Weakness Type,
and Reduce Toughness. The Fire Weakness Break effect triggers if the enemies become Weakness Broken from this ability.

Technique - Percipient Shine
Daze enemies in an area around Fugue. Entering battle against Dazed enemies advances Fugue’s action and inflicts them with her Skill’s debuff.
Delay enemy action even more when they are Weakness Broken.
Sylvan Enigma
Increase Fugue’s Break Effect. Refund the Skill Point used when using Skill for the first time.
