Who are the Citlali voice actors in Genshin Impact?
Citlali kit
Citlali is the first Cryo character from Natlan, making her the first source of Nightsoul-aligned Cryo DMG. She is a 5-star Cryo Bow character, making her the third in this archetype after Ganyu and Aloy.

Citlali Combat Skills
While she can dish out decent damage, her real identity lies within her Elemental Skill which provides a Shield.
Normal Attack: Shadow-Stealing Spirit Vessel
The usual Normal Attack pattern for Bow users. Her Charged Attack deals damage to all enemies in its path.
Elemental Skill: Dawnfrost Darkstar
Citlali deploys an Opal Shield and spawns “Obsidian Tzitzimitl: Itzpapa,” dealing Nightsoul-aligned Cryo DMG in an area. She then enters the Nightsoul’s Blessing state.

Elemental Burst: Edict of Entwined Splendor
Bombard an area with Nightsoul-aligned AoE Cryo DMG, restore Nightsoul points, and spawn aSpiritvessel Skullnear opponents.
These Skulls explode after a certain time, dealing DMG and restoring Nightsoul points to Citlali.
Citlali Passive Talents
Life Talent
Restore 20 Phlogiston to the party when triggering a Nightsoul Burst. Does not work in Domains, Trounce Domains, or the Spiral Abyss.
Night Realm’s Gift: Smoke, Mirrors, and the Flowing Winds
The usual Natlan passive which enables Nightsoul Transmission. Citlali has a unique jump mechanic.
When swapping to Citlali while high enough in the air, she will leap high and deploy “White Obsidian Tzitzimitl: Citlalin” to float in the air.
Holding Aim will cause Citlali to enter the “Spiritspeaker” state, where she can interact with Nightspirit Graffiti and Sigils.
Holding the Jump button causes Citlali to consume more stamina and Leap. Within Natlan, she uses Phlogiston instead and leaps higher. She can initiate Charged Attack in mid-air, consuming Phlogiston or stamina.

When Citlali is in Nightsoul’s Blessing and Frozen or Melt is triggered:
Itzpapalotl’s Star Garments
The DMG of Frostfall Storm spawned by Itzpapa is increased, scaling off of Citlali’s Elemental Mastery. This effect is enhanced during the Elemental Burst.

She becomes playable in the Genshin Impact Version 5.3 update as a limited 5-star character alongside thePyro Archon Mavuika. The update is expected to arrive on August 16, 2025.
