The Arch is anunnamed secret locationyou’ll find near Moosewood and Mushgrove Swamp. If you start from Moosewood’s docks, turn right and steer your boat toward Mushgrove Swamp until you notice a massive arch. Turn your direction toward it to arrive at the location where you’ll spot Caleia on its left side.
Getting to The Arch requires owning and driving a boat. The cheapest one you’re able to get early on is a rowboat for 700 C$, but more expensive variants are available from the Shipwright. Considering you’ll need 190,000 C$ for the Destiny Rod, I’d suggest saving up some money for a while.
