This one ’s forCory D. : We ’ve been too busy these retiring few days to write up our observation on the Mobius Europe 2003 confab we late attend at Euro Disneyland ( yes , we have a professional living outside of Gizmodo ) , but we could n’t resist posting this photo of ourselves in front of the Phantom Manor , the European similitude to the Haunted Mansion . It ’s nearly the same as the one at Disneyland USA , except that it has this unmatched Wild West root word to it , with a Boot Hill burying ground adjacent . There ’s really no beneficial reason for it , and it appears as if this was done to make it conform to in with the rest of Frontierland . Our suspicion is that the Phantom Manor was shoehorned in there because there are n’t enough other rides in that part of the Mungo Park , and that there ’s no New Orleans Square in Euro Disneyland , the place where the Haunted Mansion is found at Disneyland USA .
