The new serial , called Wild Cards : The Hard Call is being brought to you by Dabel Brothers Productions , who ’ve made a cottage industriousness of bringing phantasy and sci - fi properties — and their Almighty — into comic over the last yoke of year ( Some of their previous hits have included adaptations and original stories from the like of Orson Scott Card , Laurell K. Hamilton and Wild Cards ’ daddy himself , George R.R. Martin ) .
